We are open Wednesday - Sunday from 9AM to 5PM. Session times may fall outside of our regular studio hours and vary depending on studio or outdoor sessions. We are closed Monday & Tuesday.
Each piece we create is handcrafted with intention, precision, and museum-level standards. Because of this, production timelines reflect the level of artistry and care invested in every order.
Print Products:
Most print orders are completed within 8-12 weeks from payment to final delivery.
Framed Artwork:
Custom framing requires additional craftsmanship and typically takes 12-16 weeks.
Digital Images:
Upon request, digital files can be delivered as quickly as same day, with a standard turnaround of one week Rush orders may be available depending on your desired completion date. If you have a specific deadline in mind, simply let us know - we'll do everything possible to accommodate it while preserving the integrity of your artwork.
At our Eubank studio or outdoor location. We are most known for our stunning portraits in studio. However, babies and kids are easier to work with when less distracted and warmer, so our studio is always a great choice too.
We require one week notice. We know things come up like family emergencies or someone gets sick. Please contact us at 505-293-6304 at your earliest convenience to be rescheduled.
While our founder is still available for sessions, Kim Jew himself ensures that only the most talented photographers join the studio. All of our photographers have years of experience, know their craft and will ensure that you feel comfortable in front of the camera. We believe their passion for portraiture shows in every portrait they take.
All artwork is custom-created specifically for you. Orders are placed immediately following your
appointment to ensure timely production.
Because each piece is hand-finished and made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or
refunds once an order is placed. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering
exceptional quality.
We recommend formal attire whenever possible, it photographs beautifully and instantly elevates your portraits into timeless artwork. That said, if formal feels like too much, polished casual is perfectly fine.
For the most classic, gallery-worthy results, we suggest dark, solid colors, especially black and navy. These tones are incredibly flattering, refined, and never go out of style.
For families, coordinated outfits photograph best. Think soft neutrals, pastels, and earth tones that complement one another while keeping the focus on your faces and connection. Creams, taupes, charcoals, soft browns, and muted blues are all excellent choices.
We recommend avoiding very bright colors, busy patterns, large logos, or bold graphics, as they can distract from what matters most - you.
