Awful Experience with Briten & Co. Briten Co. was hired to photograph our wedding (Parker & Reagan Oswald). They did not show up, and no photography services were provided. Every other vendor was at the venue and ready to provide their services. These were irreplaceable moments that can never be recreated. Despite not providing the services that were paid for, she refused to issue a refund. Attorneys ultimately became involved. This experience raised serious concerns about professionalism, integrity, accountability, and responsibility. We are sharing our experience so other couples can make an informed decision about who they trust with such an important day. We deserved to have all of our wedding memories captured. We hope no other couple or family ever has to experience this type of service on their special day.
