Sydnie was fine to work with on the day of our wedding. Unfortunately she was our most unreliable vendor both leading up to and following the wedding day.

Leading up to the wedding Sydnie was very unresponsive and hard to reach. We had to follow up on emails several times and ultimately pointed out to her that we considered this behavior unprofessional.

After the wedding we noticed that Sydnie was unable to meet claims she made in her marketing materials. Her brochure offered a guarantee that edited images would be received within 30 days of the wedding date. We waited about twice that time without any explanation or communication on her end. Additionally, Sydnie markets her wedding packages as including a complimentary roll of film images. After we finally received our digital images we were disappointed to learn that no film images had been taken and Sydnie pointed to the contract not mentioning film.
 Not only do I not recommend her, but I actively would advise avoid working with her altogether.
