Never have I been so disappointed. Had a sunrise session booked with Clarissa Marie Photography in Daytona Beach, and she was a no-show. After multiple calls and texts, I finally got a text back (yes, a text, not even the common courtesy of a phone call) an hour later with a lame “I’m sorry” and no solution to make it right. When I pressed on making it right, she offered what would basically be a 10% discount, which was unacceptable for the inconvenience this caused. Her customer service level was terrible!
